Soft warm and amazingly chocolatey. The white chocolate is my favorite and if I could eat them every single day, I'm pretty sure I would. Definitely worth a visit if you are a cookie monster like myself.

Small place in Covent Garden with big cookies! Get the white chocolate ANYTHING. The white chocolate was still melty and gooey making it an awesome treat.

Best cookie I've had in London so fluffy and delicious. I got the white chocolate and cranberry! Definitely worth the wait in line.

A very nice late night treat. I had the chocolate praline, double chocolate chunk, white chocolate & macadamia nut, and milk chocolate.

I loved the crispy exterior of the cookie. I do not enjoy cake consistencies in my cookies, which this cookie does embody, however the generous portions of additives (especially chocolate) lend it some moisture. Very good cookies. Slightly too sweet, but that's nothing a nice tall, cool, glass of milk can't fix!

These cookies are honestly some of the best I've ever had. It's such a shame it's SO EXPENSIVE (you're paying around $3 per cookie).
However, I was able to mentally justify my purchase by doing the cookie + large hot chocolate deal for £3.95. A venti hot chocolate at Starbucks is £3.15 so you're paying about 80p for a cookie which is more reasonable.

The regular cookies are done by weight or box as most others mentioned.
In terms of what cookie to get, don't listen to anyone else here. You cannot go wrong with a cookie here so get what you like not what yelp says is good. I don't like white chocolate so there's no point in spending that much on a white chocolate cookie.
I bought the Milk Chocolate Praline, and it was just as delicious as the rest. I got lucky, and my batch was fresh out of the oven. Try to eat them hot even if that means waiting to get home and heating them.

This place is definitely a must-try at least once.

p.s. The shop is practically a booth but amongst a bunch of stores. There's no seating just grab-and-go.

I don't know what a perfectly made cookie might be but Ben's Cookies comes pretty damn close. All their cookies are nice and chewy with large gooey melted chocolate bits. If you want decadence, go for their triple chocolate but their white chocolate one and milk chocolate praline ones are equally good.

Cookies are priced by weight but even a particularly big one will only set you back by £1.40-£1.60.

It's always a struggle to walk past one and remind myself that I don't need a cookie right now but the inner battle isn't always won.

I have a crazy sweet tooth-especially for cookies- and I LOVED Ben's Cookies!! They are simple, yet so delicious. My favorites were the milk chocolate chunk and the triple chocolate chunk, but the cranberry and white chocolate, peanut butter and milk chocolate, and white chocolate macadamia cookies were wonderful as well. The cookies were soft and chewy, but not TOO soft and chewy, if you know what I mean?! They are extremely rich though and I remember I would always keep a glass of water or milk near by to ease the delicious sweetness experienced after a few bites.

The cookies also make a great gift. My family and I visited an old friend of my mother's in Manchester and we brought a half dozen cookies as a gift. They are big fans of Ben's Cookies and loved it! The cookies surprisingly stayed perfectly fresh and delicious for a few days, too.

Whenever I think of London, I think of Ben's Cookies. I cannot wait to go back and eat some more! I will definitely have to try the other flavors. Wish I could get some of these cookies in the states!

      Best cookies I've ever had!!!
Stumbled upon this place while wandering around Convent Garden.
Literally a hole in the wall so you might miss it.
Ordered the triple chocolate cookie. Very fresh and soft while the chocolate and white chocolate were perfectly gooey. Great texture.
      Price is ok too.
Would get some more cookies here when I visit London again (:

If not for my desire to NOT take a nap in public. I'd for sure would have had one of each!!! Try them if you can and you won't be disappointed. In fact, you'll be WOWED!!!!

I can never resist a Bens Cookie when I'm in Covent Garden, and as I'm there quite a lot, I eat plenty!

The cookies are somewhere between a cake and a biscuit - crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey in the middle, which is especially brilliant if they're fresh from the oven. My favourite is the white chocolate and cranberry, as I love the way the chocolate melts in the middle, but really all of the options are great.

The cookies are priced on weight, or you can get special deals on boxes.

Teas, coffees and milkshakes are also available and there are seats outside.

Anyone I have introduced to Bens Cookies has become an instant fan - they offer a spectacular breed of biscuit, which are the perfect sugary pick-me-up for a hard day's shop!

      Delicious!
A cookie on its own will be more than £1 (I still buy them) but to share with friends there are good deals on boxes of them. Also ice cream and milkshakes.

They're very fresh, soft and sweet. Great flavours, from oatmeal and raisin to triple chocolate. Good uses of fruits and white chocolate.
