The booking process was so simple and easy. You can tell the ownership really cares about the customers experience. They followed-up to make sure all promises were fulfilled.

After having our Christmas light tour reservation cancelled due to inclement weather I received a call and was offered an "upgrade" if I would be willing to book a different time slot. Considering this date was the ONLY one my large family had available I made the switch. Was very disappointed as the heater was completely non working and the windows in the limo were fogged the entire time which made it very difficult to view any Christmas lights. The driver was nice and apologetic, at least. I sent a message to the owner the next day expressing my concerns and got zero response. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other limo companies in Wichita they offer better service and fully functioning vehicles.
