I was really dubious about coming to this place, but it turned out to be a great decision. I printed a coupon and found myself ready to experiment a bit with my hair so I visited this place a few days ago. Gemma was the stylist that cut my hair and did the colouring and I must admit she did a great job. Really satisfied with this place, although I had to wait a little over 30 minutes for my turn so I recommend improving your customer care a bit.

I would never go back again too.
The worse highlights ever, can't hardly see them. What a waste of time and money.
Need to go back to a proper hairdresser to fix the roots again, after two weeks only!
Not happy at all!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Anch D.London, United Kingdom0112 Dec 2013
The hair cut was good and staff nice. However the cheat you on prices. The lady said it was 45 and I gave her the 15% voucher. She then said it was 55 and 46 after discount... Really doesn't make sense. The manager was extremely rude and didn't apologise for providing me with the wrong price. In addition I left the shop with my back wet because the so called "artist director" couldn't wash my hair. The other staff were really nice but the manager was rude and should be fired. Make sure you ask for the price first!

O my gosh what was i thinking!!!
I went in as a blonde and asked to leave the salon as a blonde my roots were just showing and a trim, the stylist ( Lucy) seemed confident and friendly and seem to understand what i wanted, but she recommended i tried the new colour copper blonde for a change.I trusted her and thought ok ill try it, the copper turned orange
( tangerine). How i stayed calm i don't no, I had to have another colour to try and cover it, a dark blonde and that didnt work, so i had to go even darker, so basically i came out a very dark mousy brown, which to be honest didnt even look like a colour !!! and to top it off the trim ended up being layers and she took more off one side of my head then the other!!! I was there 5 hours and was told because it went wrong i could have the cost as half price.
Im absolutely devastated the colour is awful, Im embarrassed to go out, im just thankful Lucy didnt cut to much off and that i can still put it into a pony tail. I asked Lucy at the beginning to do a strand test for the colour first and she said the salon doesn't do them, so maybe this Ginger group need to start doing strand test for there clients because when it go's wrong its just an awful experience. It is on our head after all.
Please please please dont go to this salon.
I wont tell you what happened once i refused to pay, well basically cut a long story short the nice friendly Lucy decided to call the security and then the police. So thats what the professional stylist from east london are like.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steph R.Medway, United Kingdom0113 Nov 2013
I had an awful experience here and I would really recommend you do not come here. I was made to wait for over 30 mins for a 10 minute hair cut, and I was having a bob so this should take at least 30 mins for a professional, and although I was charged for a professional I very much doubt I was seen by one. I was asked to slouch in my chair as I was too tall (5ft8, not exactly a giant!) and she managed to ask me enough questions to see if I would be repeat business and then her lacklustre enthusiasm waned even more. Well she was in a hurry to go and get her own hair done, but she told me very quickly "not at this salon", well take her advice, go somewhere else, even the staff know better than to get your hair cut here!
