Pure Beauty

Terrible!! Bought a Groupon voucher and they wouldn't honour it! They ignored all emails and calls. Just, nothing. The time limit for using the voucher expired and they still ignored me. Eventually got a refund from Groupon. Left a review on Wahanda which Pure Beauty got removed! They are a real piece of work with NO idea how to run a business or entice customers. There are a hundred other salons in the area who will treat you with respect. AVOID these cowboys. They'll take your money and leave you hanging.

I had a brazilian hot wax with hind it was the least painful wax experience. I also had facial it was very relaxing and my skin felt soft and hydrated.
I highly recommend this salon I always come to you girls!

Very Upset. I arrived to my appointment for a full set of lash extensions. I had mascara on so they wanted to charge me 10 pounds just to take it off! I asked if I could just have some solution and take it off myself. But the 'manager' refused. They sooner let me walk to tescos to buy wipes and take it off myself. Awful customer service. You would think after purchasing the treatment which is expensive enough they would not charge a further TEN pounds just to remove some mascara. Madness. After I had the lash extensions it just looks like I have mascara on, not particularly long, lovely lashes. Waste of time in my opinion. And rude staff. Don't go.

Absolute joke of a place.After calling up twice they still managed to double book me.Wasted several hours of my Saturday travelling to this place and going straight home.Completely unprofessional people unable to handle extra business from groupon vouchers sold,not surprised they weren't doing well!

I had a full set of eye lash extensions at this salon today and will not be going back. Unfortunately the beautician managed to put glue in my eye by mistake since then i have swollen red eyes that are incredibly painful. Also charging £10 to take your eye make up off is a complete rip off whether it states you should take your make up off or not this is outrageous. I will not be recommending this to any of my friends in Fulham and will not be going back.
