Thank you Mamma for one of the finest meals I've had in Italy or anywhere. The tasting menu with wine accompaniment was exquisite.

As it was off season, I was the only person in the restaurant and was dining alone. The service was well paced, attentive, and never rushed.

Out of 8 courses there was one I didn't care for based on personal preference (the preparation was perfect, just not for me) and one dish that was flawed (the mixed pasta with seafood soup was undercooked-beyond al dente). The gnocchi with clams and mussels was absolutely incredible, and the pork was beyond expectations.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, stylish, and clean. Highly recommended and far superior to nearly any other dining establishment in the area.

One of the most disappointing meals I've had. It was not busy around the time we went. In fact, there were 2 tables including myself, yet they over charged our bill (we only ordered 2 small entrees). When asked to view the prices from the menu they seemed flustered, scrambling to find one. If the food was good I wouldn't mind but an extra €30 charged on 6 pieces of ravioli is excessive. Glad we noticed this, probably happens to a lot of tourists

This restaurant does not deserve to be in the Michelin guide at all, let alone hold a star. Little of what we got had flavors that worked together. The lobster might as well have been a lump of unseasoned meat, the cod was held up by one of its two sauces, and the ravioli and eggplant were as good as their counterparts from a restaurant on the docks. At any rate, I am left to surmise that either the Michelin guide has fallen into some serious hardship or that several of its inspectors owed someone at the restaurant a weighty favor. Or, perhaps, contrary to its raison d'être, the Michelin system means something different and inferior in Europe than it does the States. Whatever the particular reason(s) here, it pains me to say this as someone who has long believed in the guide: the star means nothing here. There are better restaurants in Capri, in Italy, and in the world--by any imaginable metric of the remotest relevance to a place that purports to call itself a restaurant. Truly and utterly disappointing.

Food is adequate but service very spotty not deserving of the Michelin star. Waited over an hour for dessert and almost as long for an espresso. There are many better options in Capri and the people at Michelin need to reevaluate the one star.

A very classy restaurant--expensive for us unclassy people! We ordered two dishes: Suckling pig and caramelized pineapple and prawn-stuffed ravioli.

The ravioli was a disappointment, especially at €30. It was beautiful to look at, but the red sauce tasted like tomato paste to me, and the stuffing was not fresh or appetizing-- our worst Ravioli in Italy after more than two weeks. Even the Takeaway ravioli was better. OK are the

The table bread was nothing special, served plain without anything. Red Wine by the glass started at €15!

The restaurant has a gorgeous view of the Capri Sea, But the service was unfriendly, unsmiling, and we did not feel welcome at the restaurant.

Next time we'll look for a "hole in the wall "

      Suckling pork--Absolutely delicious!

This restaurant came recommended on multiple sites. Unfortunately, it is a tourist trap. They do not care about taking care of their customers, no good service nor making and serving good food. We spoke to the manager and the hostess regarding the slow service (and other issues) and they did not have any concern or care to hear our constructive criticism, as i believe they have no interest in being a good restaurant, just in charging for mediocre (at best) food and turning tables. The manager also seemed to be a Putin fan and yelled at us concerning his appreciation that Putin would take care of the issue. "Tell Joe Biden to send bombs and Putin will fix it"

Got the extended tasting menu (6 dishes) with the wine pairing. 3/6 dishes were big hits with me, and the other half I could've lived without. The seafood risotto was really good, roast suckling pig with caramelized pineapple nice and crispy, and dessert was tasty. Didn't like the texture of the cuttlefish tagliatelle, it was slimy to me (my partner loved it tho). The shellfish with black and white creamed potatoes looked really pretty, but the creamed potatoes tasted like totally unseasoned mashed potatoes. Meh. Gratinated fish roll = over it.
So, when the food was good, it was great. Otherwise, meh.
Service was not what I would've expected from a €€€€ restaurant. It was similar to what we got in every other standard restaurant in Italy (compared to the other €€€€ places we've been, it didn't come close to rising to the occasion in this department). The wine pairing was lazy. Frequently they used the same wine with 2 dishes, and no explanation of the pairing rationale. We finished our water and asked for another bottle and didn't get one for about 45 mins. It wasn't for lack of staff (plenty were standing around doing nothing), or lack of paying for service (15% service charge already was included in your bill).
4 Star food, 3 Star at most service, Michelin Star price = 3.5 stars from me. Rounding down to 3 as I'm not feeling generous.

Where the chic crowd go after the tourists eat early. This is a lovely place. We went as guests and had a party of 6. Plates are small but full of flavor, almost tapas style. You don't walk out rolling with pasta belly and then try to go clubbing.

Service for us was excellent as we were with insiders.

      Price is steep.

What makes it not 5 stars? I fear if we weren't with the hosts and just part of the seasonal pell mell, service may not be top notch which I spied with my little eye at the neighboring table.

Wine list incredible; so penny pinch and try to hold out for a later seating.

First off this restaurant is wildly overpriced for average sea food, but the view was nice and it was close to my hotel. I go to pay my bill and they have added a 20eu service charge to the bill. This is not a tip for the staff, this is a bullsh*t fee they add to the bill so they put plates and silverware on your table. If I had known, I would have never eaten at this mediocre restaurant. Do not order the rubbery octopus or the scaly fish of the day. Highly do not recommend.

This place is just off the main road. The atmosphere is as good as the view!

I ordered the tagliterre with white ragu. She got the pappardelle with mussels and zucchini in a white sauce. We were served a nice little appetizer with salmon and a tomato with sauce (kind of like bruschetta). Every dish is about 22-30 euros. The service was outstanding. They explained the difference in the pasta very well.
