Be warned this bank does not look after its customers. All the managers want is you to take out a loan with then even if you cannot afford it. with this they made me have a credit card as well. they do this to get commission on every loan and credit card they sell you. Once you get into trouble they tell you to take out another loan to consolidate your loan and credit card. what they forget to tell you is if you do get into trouble with your loan or credit card contact Lloyds TSB payments centre and they will usually let you pay what you owe over a lot longer period. Also watch the bank charges for going overdrawn . what the tend to do is try to take the charges out before you get paid so your charged again. Over a 4 year period i lost over £2000 in bank charges. i consider the worst offender there is Paul Saunders. the manager not once did he tell me to contact the payments department and i blame him totally for the mess he got me and my family in. i nearly lost my house because of this idiot avoid him like the plague !
