Embassy Of The Czech Republic

The Czech embassy is conveniently located a few minutes walk away from the Notting Hill Gate underground station (central line at the boundary between zones 1 & 2). The surrounding area is really lovely, so if you need to visit this place, it's worthwhile taking a walk around (e.g. to the nearby Kensington Palace)

I have never encountered a member of staff who wasn't anything but very nice, and they always seem to handle all business quite promptly.

If you get a chance to visit any of the embassy's cultural events, definitely do so - there is a nice and very green atrium area to sit down at, excellent Czech Pilsner Urquell beer on tap (poured just the way it's supposed to be), and sometimes also good traditional hearty Czech dishes on offer. On such evenings, the embassy becomes a lovely oasis connecting Czech, Slovak, and English culture.
