Came here for a couples massage and myself and my fiance loved our experience! Very relaxing and the people there were very friendly. The outside decoration is not very pretty or atheistically pleasing, but inside was very warm, relaxing and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend their services and I'm keen to go back to try their other services of massage and possibly hair removal. Friendly place, easy to get to and nice staff.

I did something a little crazy, Yelpers. I'd been into Depilex for one excellent waxing experience, so I did the next logical step... and impulsively popped in for some laser hair removal on my lunch break. Carpe diem, no?

After only one session my life has improved by leaps and bounds! I can't wait to see the full results but even after ~4 weeks I have zero ingrowns and haven't shaved at all.

If it's your first time, I should warn you that the laser/IPL experience is not totally painless. It stings and in a way you might not expect being used to wax, but it's over in a few minutes and then you can wipe your dead hair follicles away for 6 smooth weeks.

I really cannot recommended doing this enough. I've made a few sweeping grown-up life decisions lately and this is one of them: 1) I got my wisdom teeth out after putting it off for a long time 2) I invested in an extensive wardrobe of quality, excellent-fitting, beautiful bras, and 3) laser it away! I'm ready for you, 30...

The treatment itself (microdermabrasion) was of good quality. However, it being my first time there, I was ignored at the counter upon arriving due to "old favorites" coming in behind me. OK, no problem. Then, the beautician who treated me was very rude and judgmental, claiming, "Oh, you're from the United States, people are so lazy there. No one cooks. What? Your mother cooks? Probably only potatoes, right?" If she had had a sense of humor and we had established a background of banter, I would accept this, but that was not the case and who wants a facial while being ridiculed? I won't be returning to her anytime soon!

Five stars well deserved! Whilst the reception staff are a little frosty, my 5 stars go to Julia, the lady who gave me the best Hollywood wax I've ever had. Totally meticulous service, almost pain free, such a friendly woman, I'll definitely be coming back for her! She's the best thing about the salon.

Just signed up for a couples massage and seaweed facial???? Never did a seaweed facial before but looking forward to it .....I hope my husband enjoys seaweed???? Got to try something once....

This review is for the dark spot removal by Alton. He treated me for Malasma on my forehead and made the situation much worse. I later saw a dermatologist who said that laser treatment should never be used on the forehead. Please consult with a dermatologist before seeking any laser treatments here.

I Booked a simple back neck and shoulder massage for my girlfriends 21st for 3pm, arrived and they said someone double booked us in and even though we came in first we were waiting for 10 mins and the other customer came in and went before us. If I didn't make a point and a noise about it we would not have had our appointment til over an hour of our appointment time!! At that point it was 3.40pm, causing us to be late for other things in the day. Massage was not bad though.

Helpful, knowledgeable and experienced staff-- everyone in there looks really great: nice skin, good eyebrows, etc as do almost all the clients that I have seen... Highly recommended.

One side note: the place looks really bizarre from the outside because there are literally thousands of message all over the windows and walls advertising the products. It almost screams desperation...I wonder why they have chosen to market themselves in this way!?

Worst Hollywood wax I've ever had. I brought a groupon for the hollywood wax, because it looked like a good offer. I have been waxing for nearly 10 years and have never had such a bad one. They use strip wax mainly, which is more painful than Brazilian hot wax and left me with bruises and red marks. A lot of individual hairs were also not removed. Definitely not worth it!
