It's located in the AC hotel super cute super relaxing and welcoming. Came here for happy hour with a friend just to catch up. We sat at the bar, I was there mostly for the drinks and my friend was there for food. They didn't have margarita options which my go to but I got something with vodka it was good then I got a spritz I believe I could have gone without it. The bartenders were kind enough to tell me how to pronounce the drinks but I forgot. I also ordered a Caesar salad which you can never go wrong with. My friend order Friday calamari and wings, didn't really care for the calamari but the wings were really good!

This place is a whole vibe. My server was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to offer an amazing experience.

This has a variety of seating options, so if you need to have a place to chill, study, work, or be social, they have you covered.

Public parking is directly across the street, so no major added expense there. I only tried their appetizer options, but they were tasty enough for me to be willing to come again for an entree. I'll be back!

      Happy Hour review
      4-7pm daily
Discounted apps, $2 off cocktails, $3 off wine
Ambiance was lovely and it was very lively for a Tuesday!

Fatima was our bartender and was very helpful. I asked if the Old Fashioned was sweet and she let me try it. A few of their cocktails are on draft which is interesting and affords you the chance to try before you buy! I also tried the espresso martini (which is not my style!) which was much better than I thought it would be.

The Serrano Manchego dip wasn't spicy and didn't arrive hot. She brought us a fresh one which was much hotter. But I would still have liked a little more kick! Needed more bread with that too.

Parking under the hotel is a bit tricky and since I was there more than two hours it cost $11. Had it not been confusing to get back down to it I could have escaped with the two hour charge of $6. Public parking across the way would be easier and cheaper ($1.50 an hour!)

This is a chic bar/restaurant located inside of the AC Hotel. The decor is modern... the service was good, but the food left so much to be desired. I got the calamari and wings. The wings were big and juicy. They were quite yummy. The calamari was uneventful and so was everything else. My friend got the meatballs and stuffed mushrooms. Let's just say the mushrooms went back and we were quite happy that we didn't order full entrees. I wouldn't recommend the food. I didn't get a cocktail, so not sure about the drink quality, but this is a nice place to set up your laptop and have a work from home day!

Beautiful space.... it's because of the hotel it's in I suppose! AC Hotel is pretty awesome looking, and there are plenty of cozy spots to sit at -- couches, proper tables, the bar... you name it! I met someone there, after realizing it was the day the ramen spot next door is closed... oops! We ordered a few things off the menu... I'll speak on everything I had.

-Roasted red pepper hummus: now this was a yummy treat -- well, the hummus itself was. Eating it with the chips was entirely too salty, but it was great with the bread. It was so good in fact, that we had to order more bread to finish it off.

-Artichokes: this was my first time having artichokes outside of dip, believe it or not! There was some stringy interiors that I learned should've mostly been removed, but they were alright otherwise.

-Arugula salad: Delicious overall, but something stood out to me... it was advertised as having quail eggs in it, but I only saw one in my dish. The rest were just regular eggs, so it felt misleading. But I loved the dressing and everything else about the salad.

I had a glass of wine as well... and with that, I definitely enjoyed this experience overall. I would like to sit at the bar next time and have a proper happy hour... there are a bunch of really neat cocktails to explore. For parking, there's a garage right across the street.

I have visited this cafe and worked from there one day, so I decided to come back during my staycation and try out the restaurant for dinner. I sat at the bar during happy hour and the server was very nice. I started with an espresso martini (on tap) and ordered the corella burger for my entree. The burger was a little undercooked for my liking but it still tasted pretty good. I wanted to order the cheesecake for dessert, but since they were out of it, I went with the Belgian chocolate cake which was not listed on the menu. The chocolate cake was the perfect way to end the meal.

Overall, the ambiance was pretty nice and modern. The hotel and cafe are still relatively new, so I was definitely impressed.

There are two entrances. The main entrance from Wisconsin Avenue has scenic decorations and outdoor seatings. The other entrance locates from inside the AC Hotel. It advertises "$10 Lunch: 1 Pastry + 1 Specialty Coffee; $20 Lunch:1 Daily special + 1 Side + 1 Dessert bar from our grab n' go selections; $35 Lunch: 1 Appetizer + an entree of free range chicken, grilled bistro steak, or bell pepper penne" in the Savor Bethesda Restaurant Week from February 16 to 26, 2023. However, the listings should actually be "$10 Breakfast before 11am... $20 Lunch... $35 Dinner after 5pm...". We were greeted by two staffs before ordering.

The restaurant lounge situated at the AC hotel in Bethesda offers both indoor and outdoor seating. It boasts a clean, modern ambiance with beautiful decor and classy, upscale chairs. The interior design exudes an elegant, cozy atmosphere with stunning lights. Although we attended a large party and sampled various items from the menu, the food was good, not exceptional, while the drinks were fantastic. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive servers. This spot is perfect for drinks, business meetings, date nights, or celebratory events. I plan to return and try an entrée from their dinner menu.
