Dual Cooker installation: engineer came over 2 hours late and walked in the flat and said he needed us to arrange a parking permit when he next returns to start and finish the job. We never heard from them and rang them several time to try and get them to complete the job. My biggest mistake was to give them my bank card details when i booked the appointment. They said nothing would be charged until the job was complete and they charged me even when the engineer didn't do anything. They have taken the money from us and still refusing to pay it back. We had to get another company to install the cooker with no complications.
