Please avoid using this company completely. Stop right here and look for another company. The company let me down three times, with repeated cancellation of appointments, with totally unbelievable excuses. I am glad I saw the other reviews here because I count myself luckier than the others because they actually have not done any work for me. In the month and half I have waited for this company to do me a quote, other things and people are inconvenienced.

How do these companies get away with this. We're in 2020 and there's still no regulations around builders, be they the handyman, the tradesmen or the larger building and construction companies. It's always a maze and total uncertainty trying to select a builder, every single person is fearful when selecting someone to work on their property, the totally element of the the "unknown". Are they going to be good? reliable, do a good job, absolute stressful situation always, I'm sick of it!

If anyone is looking for a plumber run for the hills if C Hanlon chap your door. We have an oil boiler and someone came to help us with a fairly small problem and left us with a broad host of serious ones. The boiler was actually working before they came but the pressure was dropping regularly. After a thorough investigation today from an independent person it seems they made at least four significant mistakes which lead to four different problems and are going to cost us several hundred pounds to fix. They haven't even correctly diagnosed or fixed the original problem and at one stage left us without any heating or hot water for three days during snow and freezing temperatures.

Furthermore, when I escalated the problem their Director was unable to accept that his Engineer made any kind of mistake and my integrity was immediately questioned. He made some misogynistic comments and was pretty rude and I reckon he might have even been tipsy during one Friday afternoon phone call as he kept slurring his words and was sniggering down the phone at me!

All in all, a terrible experience both practically and from a customer service point of view. I would give them a wide berth in future.
