Ashford Arms

Set in one of the prettiest village in Derbyshire,
After a day out in Matlock, stopped off at Ashford arms for tea. Bloody Lovely it was, we'll definitely be back in Spring!!

We recently enjoyed a meal at the Ashford Arms prior to going to a folk concert.As it was on the Early Bird menu,we didn't expect it to be very special.How wrong we were!!The food was absolutely delicious,the service was excellent and we'll certainly go again.Highly recommended!!

We have just had a week in Derbyshire and we were fortunate to eat at several good restaurants, The Ashford arms came out tops.We decided to have Xmas dinner I had Turkey the others chose lamb and beef,We all said how succulent the meats were, the veg and trimmings were delicious. We chose from the Xmas lunch menu three courses plus coffee and mince pie.Great value for £15.95 a head.The service was excellent especially as it was so busy. We always pay a visit to The Ashford when visiting this area, highly recommended.
