All Greek Delicatessen is a delightful Greek deli full of lots of authentic delights and shelves packed with wonderful products.

I bought vacuum packed olives marinated with garlic and spicy chilli highly recommended by the owner and they were very tasty with full flavour but not overpowering with chilli.

There was so much choice and products to choose from it maybe a little overwhelming. There are all types of Greek honey, organic herbs, Greek pastries, Halva - a Greek dessert, fresh olives and vacuum packed olives, feta cheese, so many Greek cheeses, breads and Orzo rice, even alcohol incl many types of Ouzo.

The owner was very helpful and the shop had a very personal touch. I spent at least half an hour talking with him while he told me all about the products, the producers of the honey and from which regions, that some of the producers only produce a limited run of 30 batches of honey and ship them all to the deli.

He also told me where I should travel in Greece for the best food. This is how it was back in the day in the UK and still exists in Europe where the owner would have a chat and talk about his wares.

So take a look at this deli and support independant business.

You can find this conveniently by yorks Bakery cafe

I can't believe I hadn't visited this place before! As far as I am aware, this place opened up this year (I did walk past it before a couple of months ago) and is located on Pinfold Street, just up from the New Street Station entrance. It's very smart looking building with large glass windows and a nice logo on the signage, but (as with most shops) you wouldn't really know the extent of the products stocked unless you head inside.

I popped in to have a mooch and get some present ideas for forthcoming birthdays. The shop isn't large, but has a really interesting selection of stuff that you would find hard to find elsewhere.

The collection of balsamic vinegar's and oils was astounding (and really well priced for first press top quality produce). All of the bottles are really pretty too; so perfect as a gift for the cook in your life. I was particularly drawn to the infused oils (rosemary, mint and a few others), which were only £6.50 for really premium stuff! They also had some nice looking pasta, a great selection of cooking oils and bags of dark olives which looked delicious.

After having a chat with the lovely owners, I settled on some greek dark roast coffee (a bargain at £1.50 for the bag) and picked up a coconut bar with cranberries (for a quick sugar boost) for £1.20.

The shop is being refitted this month to allow for more fridge space (so more fresh olives, dips and meats) and will start stocking other interesting products following this change. If you love your oils, vinegars, greek coffee or are just in the market for an interesting snack - pop in! Feel free to ask the owners any questions as well, they were super helpful on my visit and I have got a wishlist of delicious cooking items to grab next time I'm around from it.

Popped in on a a whim to check out their olive and olive oil offerings. A fresh pan of baklava was displayed on the table so we decided to get two pieces. At £2.30 for two lovely scratch-made pastries this place is quite the deal. The baklava is some of the best I've had outside of Greece. Absolutely scrumptious, flaky and perfectly balanced with nuts and cinnamon. The honey is very high quality. The shop also offers jars of amber honeys from all around Greece.

I'll be going back for some coffee and a pastry for sure. Can't wait for our oil to run out at home so we can try a fresh bottle.

This place looks really nice from the outside. When I saw it a few months ago I naturally had to go in. Jars lined the walls from floor to ceiling, I was impressed. However when I went it was your basic tomato sauces and not much else.

I was disappointed by the lack of fresh produce. Surely a Greek delicatessen should have fresh hummus/ taramasalata in the fridge? Nope. There were a few vacuum packed meats that I gave a miss. (Not the great selection I was expecting either).

I bought some olives that were sitting in a bowl as they seemed the only fresh things after asking the lady in the shop (who was helpful) for my partner, along with some biscuits made with orange juice.

My partner loves olives and is a bit of a snob with them, refusing tinned stuff. He hated these, saying they were worse than the tinned ones. We tried the biscuits which were bland to the point of drying your mouth out with no flavour.

I was disappointed as I was expecting so much more. I don't think that I'll be retuning anytime soon.

I'd run in to All Greek at an event so I thought I would give their shop a visit. I was looking for some food for a party and through some greek nibbles would go down well.

I was pleased with the selection I found. I'm not an aficionado on greek cuisine, but I found a good few things for my party; some delicious dark olives, and some preserved peppers, which I really enjoyed.

There was also a selection of cakes, which looked great. I will definitely be back for a slice of them! I've also picked up some Feta which was tasty and much better value that your supermarket affair.

Overall, I enjoyed my brief time in All Greek Delicatessen. I'll be back to explore it's treasure trove again before Christmas!

This small shop has a selection of Greek goodies to choose from. The shop is tucked away so I see this as a bit of a hidden treasure.
There are bottles of oil, cheeses, and other lovely Greek goodies on sale at this shop. I found that the selection is a little limited but there are plenty of goodies to try out.
We were hoping to get some Greek cakes, or pastries but the deliveries are so spaced out (think months), that it is frustrating to wait so long. But when there are sweets in stock, they are worth getting.
The warm pastries are delicious by the way; as long as you enjoy filo and spinach that is.
This is an Independent Birmingham venue.

I first visited All Greek a couple of months ago after frequently saying 'I must try this place'. I'm glad I did, as it's a lovely little shop with some unusual Greek delicacies to try.

I'm a fan of a pic'n'mix dinner. Bit of bread, olives, meats = yum. You can get all of that here and more. On my visit I picked up some really juicy and tasty olives, some Cypriot goat's cheese, some hot roasted peppers, a few kinds of salami and hummus and all of it was really tasty and fresh. Had I been more ambitious I could have gone for any one of numerous types of pasta, bread and Greek sweet things also on offer. I'll definitely be going back to explore more.

It's clear that All Greek is a family run place. The people who work there are friendly and will help you identify things that you're unsure about.

      Well worth a look.

The little deli is situated really close to Birmingham new street station and I've seen it a few times while I've been rushing along, but thought if make the effort to visit one Saturday. It's not very big, but is stuffed full of all foods Greek! Shelves full of oils, rices and pastas, olives, many varieties of cheese and ofcourse trays of delicious sweet baklavas:) there were boxes of delicious looking biscuits and cakes, which I thought would make good gifts too:) I didn't actually buy anything, but will pop back again soon hopefully! I recommend it:)

      Salivating!
